I've never ever heard of half of those. Gee, Natwest, don't do me no favours. I guess I'll just stick to using my Aqua Reward card that pays three times the amount of cash back on all spending no matter which store I use it in.

Sheesh. Where do the banks come up with these fantastic offers? Do they think we're all stupid?!?

... and even the ones you might use I doubt anyone uses often. I suppose there might be people who buy stuff one H Samuel every day!

Curiously enough, I've just also today had the email from Halifax advertising their new cashback scheme, as mentioned in the thread linked to above.

The email says:

I've just seen an advert for this on TV. It's also here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHG3hVTzwyk.

A woman is shown at a train station, in a supermarket and checking her points balance after making purchases there, and in a coffee shop.

However, no points are offered on train travel or supermarket purchases.

Seems a little misleading. Perhaps such purchase will be added to the scheme in the (near) future?
