Epc

Hello

When should I see the EPC. I have seen a couple of properties and on website /details it says energy rating E or F

Both old terraces - probably built late 1890's I guess, but must be 100 yrs old minimum. just wondered at what stage in process I should ask for / expect an EPC

I.e on website, before offering, once offered but before survey and exchange, never, etc etc

Ask to see it at the point when (if) it is of interest to you.

Personally, I wouldn't bother- they are a waste of time/money.

Rely on you rown viewing of the property and your survey.

have you looked on rightmove or the agents' website?

Some agents (ours included) attach the EPC to the RM listing...
