German training and on the specialist register in plastic surgery, on face value better than average. Doubt she got her specialist training in the UK, but may have done so if she came to the UK to do her specialist training after undertaking the equivalent of core training and membership exams in Germany, couldn't be sure without seeing her CV. We don't see too many Germans/northern Europeans over here, and those that do come tend to come over for good reasons (I.e. family/interests/love) rather than just chasing a buck
