Have I been mis-sold a van?

Are we still in the ages of 'Sold as seen' or do I have a leg to stand on? Please read and help me out... Took a good while looking for a particular van for work. Didn't want to go for the usual rubbish and held on to my money for the 'right one'. Or so I thought. Found a van on eBay listed for sale by a commercial van…

It appears the van does seem to slightly, and it is only slight, tip to the left and not drive misaligned rotationally.

The van is now booked for a MOT and laser alignment.
