Ouch!!
The only way I think of to get out of this contract is that I didn't agree to the terms as when placing the order I was not asked to agree to the terms. From the point of finding the website to
completing the checkout there was no mention of having to agree to the terms and conditions before placing the order.
Would this work for b2b? Dont want to lose money if I dont have to!0
