Im an unemployed guy and im just moving into a rented property on the 30th. im on jobseekers allowance and im trying to find the cheapest energy supplier asap.
can anyone help please???........

You need to know your annual usage to know which supplier will be cheapest. You can't possibly know this until you've lived in this property for a while, although you can estimate based on previous usage and the energy performance of your new property (e.g. insulation & heating method).
When you move in you'll be in a "deemed contract" with the current supplier. What you should do is choose the cheapest product they have (usually one that is online and paid by monthly direct debit) until you're confident that you know what your approximate annual usage will be. At that point, decide whether you want a fixed or variable product, then punch in the numbers to a comparison website and switch to whichever supplier comes out cheapest. Cashback can be had when doing this also.0 -

There is no 'universal' cheapest. It depends on region and consumption. A comp site with your estimated kWh figures will reveal all.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
