new debit card online?

My wife needs a new debit card for our joint Bank of Scotland vantage account but for the life of me I can't see how to order one online from within online banking.

Is it possible?

It's not urgent as she just uses mine when she needs cash from an ATM.
Getting forgetful, if you think I've asked this before I probably have. :rotfl:

Just ring them up and they'll ship one out within 24 hours or so.

Don't tell them she's using yours, as that's a violation of the T&Cs.

although its a joint a/c, she would need to ring the bank herself i presume as she needs a new card that is in her name. banks normally need to speak to the actual cardholder in regards to any issues eg pins, blocks etc..
  • So it can't be done online?

Not everyone wants to use the phone.

If you don't want to use the phone you can visit a local branch and they could order you one. I'd suspect that your wife would have to be present as well though.

I don't want to visit a branch either.

I want to be able to do it online without having to talk on the phone or visit a branch.

As I asked in my first post, Is it possible?
