Playing catch up
Hi can any tell me if I have to pay for 6months error from the gas/electric supplier. It all started when we moved house it took "the company" 6 months to get our payment cards to us. Now we are playing catch up from this and because we cannot afford the payment s they wanted, we are still in debt. Now they are sending around an "officer" which they will charge us for. Do we have to pay for there mess they made?

Yes, you used it so you need to pay for it. You did put the money you would have put on the payment card away each week to pay the bill didn't you ?0
