I have been with isupply energy since November 2012, when they were among the lowest cost electricity suppliers. Although the first direct debit took some time to be taken from my bank account, everything has progressed smoothly and they still appear to offer a competive price at the moment. I will consider them when my fixed price deal ends in November 2013.0

I recently completed a switch to them. Everything went smoothly (at least with regard to iSupply). It's early days yet, but I'm happy with them, their online account site is not the most elegant but it's functional.0

Just switched to them. BE WARNED - they take the first month's payment IN ADVANCE, on the day you give your first meter reading. This was not made clear by USwitch, whom I did the switch via, and after speaking to iSupply about this, they are unhappy with USwitch and are telling them to update their info.0

Should also mention, it's very hard to get through to them on the phone. Ended up waiting for 15 min each time and was cut off, or suddenly presented with an answerphone message. They also take around 5 days to reply via their "preferred" method of online messages via your account, which is a clunky system that does not allow you to even reply to a message, you just send a new one and hope they understand it is in relation to the last one.
All in all, you can see why they're the cheapest, but once everything is set up there shouldn't be any need to talk to them, so worth the price I reckon.0 -
Hi
i recently switched as they said they were cheaper by £40 a month. i gave my usage for the year etc. I have supplied my meter reading then but they wont validate it, i have even now sent in a validated meter reading from last company. you cant get in touch with them by phone(try it) you get told you are in a queue then when you get to position one it reverts to please leave a message. i have left my contact details and no one ever gets back to you. i am now concerned about this ?? will they up my payments later saying they couldnt validate my reading, so that is why i wanted to speak to them, i will keep the record of the reading from the last company. this lack of communication has left me worried and lacking some trust i must say. Can i still switch companies or am i locked in for a year??0 -

You you can switch to a reassuringly more expensive supplier if you wish.
Early exit fees may also apply - you need to check the terms of what you signed up to.0 -
I use isupplyenergy (ISE) for my electricity as they came out about 7% cheaper than the next best.
However I subsequently wanted to change my DD. It has proved impossible to communicate with ISE, I have sent them several messages via their on line system as they request. I have filled in a complaint which they say will be responded to within 2 working days, and I have tried to call them. No reply to any of these over the past 3 weeks.
All methods have been met by silence.
I concur with a previous poster re their phone system. I was no 2 then no 1 on the wait list, and then after 2-3 minutes they switched me to a recording system asking me to leave my phone number and they will call back. Did they? You bet they didn't.
I have given them my new DD details via the online message service, and after waiting two weeks with no reply, I informed them I was cancelling my existing mandate - still silence.
I expect to get a snotty email/letter when they next try to take the DD from the old account.0 -

I have received a reply from them after 14 working days. They say the normally aim to reply within 3 working days but have a large backlog. It's very dismal that they've been unable to formulate plans to adequately deal with this backlog or even to notify customers in advance of the situation.0

You're lucky, now over 17 days and no reply to messages, complaints, or telephone calls - now waiting for the typical demands and bailiffs, etc0
