It's a workout tape. I had the VHS version years ago and I loved the step exercise part but the tape kinda wore out (yes really

It's really hard to track down a 'proper' copy on DVD. I bought one and it was seriously poor quality. Friend did the same with the same result.
Just wondering if anyone bought a (good) DVD version and if so where from?

Sorry no but I used to love step aerobics, used to do it 3 times a week and wish it would come back 'in fashion'. I know there is an American woman called Kathy something that has a step workout on DVD; can try amazon or eBay which I've read is quite good.
