Employment Tribunal Win!

Went to an Employment Tribunal (on my own) and won! It was late in the day but the judge said I was abominally treated and awarded 2 weeks pay (£320 x 2 = £640) plus compensatory damages of 20%.
He informed the respondent that they should make a reasonable offer and should mediate through ACAS otherwise we will be back in 6 weeks and he will decide!
He also stated that where I live it is difficult to get work, (I am also aged 56 and partially disabled and unable to stand or walk for long periods of time, therefore limiting my job opportunities).
The judge mentioned that it could be 3 months or 3 years before I found full time employment.. My question is what can I claim for? I have found employment through an agency but this is ad hoc. At the moment I am averaging a net loss of £100 pw between my agency job and my former job. Can I claim for 20% of £100 x 3 years = approx £3100. Can I also claim for travel? I now have to travel 40 miles per day to get to my agency job? Can I claim administration costs for the tribunal? I have also had to purchase High Vis gear and safety boots which has cost £42. Can I claim for these too?
Any advice will be welcome. Thank you!

I am confused. If you have already been to the tribunal why hasn't a schedule of loss already been submitted? And if the judge has made an award already, what is to negotiate?0 -
It was late in the day (5.30 pm at night before the case finished and the judge summed up) my original statement of loss claimed £5700. The judge told the respondent to make a reasonable offer. and to use ACAS. If we cannot settle then we are to comeback before him in 6 weeks time and he will decide the settlement0

So what are you asking? Don't you just need to wait for the figure they come back with and then seek advice whether you should settle or go back to court?
Without knowing what they are offering...People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
I want to know if I can also claim for mileage to my new job (about a 40 mile round trip x 3 times per week, administration expenses for the tribunal claim and costs for personal protection equipment for my new job). A new statement of loss will be needed to be made up. Can I claim for all the above?0

This link is useful.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2uMAOqoW4I
In the example, additional travel costs to a new job is included as part of the losses attributable to the unfair dismissal .
Worth listening to all the way through for good basic guide.0
