dear martin lewis
please could you possible help us with our morgage that we have total 170000
we have an interest only repayments of 554.45 per month
but i forsee us having difficulty in making future payments on the morgage we look after our seriously disabled nephew and we dont receive any financial help at all but i worry about the mogage payments constantly,
bacause i had a fish and chip shop business whitch i was going to sell to pay off the morgage
but unfortunateley i rented the shop to a couple who after only 20 days in the shop had a fire and it was burnt to the ground, unbeknown to us they did not insure the fixtures and fittings
an so i have lost everything i have had to take up agency work to cover the morgage and bills but the wages are insufficient to switch to a repayment morgage i know that there is long term still left on the morgage 14 years but i am letting you know now before things get any worse .so could you please contact me to see if you could provide any solutions to my problem i hve spoken to mogages plcbut they would not suspend interest while i pay as much as i can off the capitol or is ther something else you can suggest
until we can get back on our feet again
best regards
nigel
