Well i sent an appeal to them immediately on thier website, but i got no response via email or mail... so I am waiting for any reply really.

It's a shame if you appealed when you had only had the windscreen ticket - we advise to wait for the Notice to Keeper, for very good reasons that favour the appellant. In Smart Parking's case, I have recently sussed three flaws with their postal notice, where it follows a windscreen ticket. I haven't even scrutinised it for other flaws (didn't bother!). The omissions simply jumped off the page at me when a friend got one and so he appealed it and they cancelled a week later, in September.

Never mind, sounds like they are out of time to send anything anyway. :)

Did you complain to Asda as we were egging you on to do? Maybe they phoned up and got it cancelled for you?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yea looks like they are well out of time unless they say it has been lost in post.

No I did not contact Asda in the end, after the initial customer services and parking attendants. I thought they might give up when they saw I was going to fight it and had receipts etc. If not Id appeal to POPLA.

    Thanks for all the help!
