Can you find out if a house has been listed for sale prior?

Morning all
I have a home I am interested in buying and went onto Google Maps to see where it was and look from the outside, as it is a travel to the area we are looking to purchase in.
It has an Estate Agents sign up (not the current Estate Agent).
It didn't sell (last land registry show this), but I would like to have a nosy at the previous attempted sale if this is at all possible?

Sometimes you can see old sales particulars through Zoopla - look up that property in their 'sold prices' and 'current values' sections (but take the current values with a pinch of salt!)0
