The only T&C I can find are these:

All prizes that are to be collected from the Jersey Evening Post offices at Five Oaks must be claimed within 28 days of the winners being notified.

No mention on the page for this comp of a requirement to collect.
Am i missing something?

It doesn't make it clear whether the T&C

Last time I posted I didn't specify a location in the title and this T&C was pointed out to me. Might need to be collected from five oaks in Jersey and might not?? Should I edit the title?

Proof of the fact that you can't please all of the people all of the time, I'm afraid . Sorry for contributing to that!

It is difficult, and they don't help by only providing general T&C which don't make it clear. I have emailed them using the contact form on their website, I'll bump here if I get an answer.

My personal approach would be to change (Jersey) in your title to (Jersey collect??) . That way it's clear (I think) that you don't need to be a resident but you might be required to pick up the prize if you win. But no doubt that won't please everyone either So it's perfectly reasonable to leave it as it is if you prefer.
