Game of Fire - 385 pages
The story takes place in and around the financial centres of
London, Frankfurt and Zurich and involves a conspiracy to manipulate international banking networks as a means to exploiting global foreign exchange markets. It follows the efforts/exploits of the central character to expose this scam which involves betrayal, greed, murder and tragic love as each of the main participants in the fraud is secretly following his own agenda at the expense of the others.
This story is set against a background of big business, high
finance and a turf war between powerful corporate interests -- it is a poker game full of incalculable risks. And with so much power about and fabulous profits beckoning, failure proves costly, and deadly, for those involved.
The main characters are an anti-hero type who unwittingly gets
sucked into the epicentre of this power conflict, and a hard-nosed Swiss banker and speculator, who has never learnt to play it straight and believes that because of his wealth, his political influence and an army of lawyers he is above the law.
As different as the social origins of these two men are, their two fates are destined to become so interwoven, their conflict revolving around a woman -- who is married to the one but madly in love with the other -- so embittered, their hatred for one another so intense, that only one will survive.

Whips and Scorns - 309 pages
Revenge is an age old theme. Right and wrong. Twists and turns. Los Angeles. In this town, there are bad guys and worse guys.
Richard Patrick’s first mistake was killing the wrong woman. His second mistake was not killing her husband. Arrogance or stupidity, it didn't matter which but Patrick ignored the rules of the game: don't leave anyone alive, especially a widower with nothing to live for but revenge.
Colin Black's life was taken from him; he was crippled and his beautiful wife murdered. In his mind, he has two options; pack it in and kill himself or assuage his loss with more blood. He enlists the help of his detective brother, Dane, and together they carefully plan the destruction of the man that took away everything.
The two brothers learn that even the most careful planning doesn't always yield the desired results when dealing outside the law. In the end, who gets hurt and who is left standing doesn't matter, simply that revenge is only sweet to those whose thirst for blood is unquenchable.

    The Room Beyond
When Serena begins a new life working for the Hartreve family at 36 Marguerite Avenue she falls in love, not just with its eccentric and alluring inhabitants and their world, but with the house itself. Number 36 is a beautiful Victorian London mansion that has remained in the family for generations. Serena feels that by being here she has escaped the ghosts of her own sad childhood and found a true home, but she soon discovers that behind its gleaming surfaces Marguerite Avenue is plagued by secrets and mystery. Why does such a beautiful tranquil street seem sometimes to shimmer with menace? Is everyone in the family quite who they appear to be? And just what is it that the family is trying to hide from her?

It is 1892. On a hot summer night scented with jasmine, Miranda Whitestone hosts a dinner party at 34 Marguerite Avenue. Watching helplessly as her husband is seduced by her glamorous neighbour Lucinda Eden, she can have no idea of the consequences the evening will have.

For the history of Marguerite Avenue is more chilling than Serena could have imagined, and the fates of two women - the beautiful renegade Lucinda and the 'good wife' Miranda - will reach out from the past to cast a shadow over Serena's own future.

The Room Beyond is a thriller that delves beneath the romance and grandeur of a London house and finds a family haunted by the legacy of past wrongdoings. As the suspense grows and the fog thickens, will Serena be able to give up all that she has come to love? Will she ever escape?
