Mail order-not received goods

Over the last few weeks i have been told from a mail order company that they have sent my goods,firstly by normal mail,then when i informed them they eventually said they have re-sent it,then that did'nt arrive and they got back in touch saying thay are getting in touch with royal mail business department and will get back to me that day and they did'nt get back.Finally after me asking again thay said they were sending the goods that day by special delivery,and you guessed it,even that has'nt arrived.I think they are just fobbing me off:owho can i complain to apart from the company involved

Cancel the Order under distance selling regulations and refuse to sign for any products, instruct the delivery person (if any) to return to sender as you are not accepting them.Be happy...;)0
