Can't really tell from your pic, but is the frame ok and is it just the mesh that is damaged?
You should be able to get some suitable mesh in any of the main diy sheds.

Quite damaged???, it destroyed beyond imagination.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It does look like some sort of fly mesh over an old wooden window to be honest.

Do you mean you don't want to replace the window, simply install a grill for security??

If so a simple online search for window security grills will provide you with suppliers details

    Do you need the "window"?

I would consider just bricking it up possibly adding a single airbrick for ventilation.

the "window" in the photo is set back from the edge of the wall. there is metal louvre on the inside and i was looking to do something similar on outsite without touching the damanged window!

Without being offensive it looks awful as it is.

What are you trying to achieve?, ventilation or security?

I can think of lots of different ways to do it from using Ikea pan supports to hardware store mesh and stainless grill panels. All would need a subframe screwing in place flush with the wall.
