I recently downloaded the trial version of windows office 2007. Today the trial version expired so i deleted the program. Now i cant seem to access my emails anywhere. Ive logged onto the virgin website but it is showing up as having no emails in my inbox. Have all my emails been deleted? Can I get them back?

You wont have any emails on the server as the emails have been previously downloaded, did you use Outlook for a while now youve gone back to Outlook Express, in OE if you want messages left on the server you need to open OE, Tools, Accounts, Properties, Advanced and tick leave a copy of messages on the server.

Also did you configure microsoft outlook to collect your email? it sounds like you did as a result your PC downloaded you email from the virgin mail server and put them in to outlook. so they will no longer be available on your virgin mail server (webmail) The uninstall of outlook shouldnt delete the mailbox store so your email will still be available on your PC but you will need outlook to open the files.

Once you find the pst file that holds al your email outlook has downloaded It is possible to import the file in to your chosen email client oulook express thunderbird what ever but you wont get the messages back to your online mail.
