What you have there is a non return appliance connector, it's designed to let the waste flow one way only.
The large white knurled section next to the metal (jubilee) clip on the grey outlet hose, should unscrew anti clockwise which will give you access to the spring loaded plunger mechanism inside (Note which way around the plunger goes because you will need to re assemble!).
It's probably easier to take the grey hose off first, the clip will undo with a flat bladed screwdriver. The blockage might well be at that point, (keep a bowl under the connector, you don't want dirty waste water all over the bottom of your base unit)
Or the whole thing can be unscrewed from the smaller knurled section you can just see behind where the two grey hoses cross.
I reckon you have a buildup of solidified washing powder in there somewhere. Clean and flush out all the parts and assemble in reverse order.
That should solve your problem.0
