Problems with Bread pre-payment card

Anyone having a problem with this card? Today secondary card user was informed by usual ATM (Kazakhstan) that 'service not provided'; Bread website vanished so couldn't log on to account; email to usual Bread Service contact rejected as unknown; no-one manning Support Desk (well - it IS a bank holiday, so not too surprised).

Many thanks jd87. The 'vanishing website' turned out to be a Safari problem, so I retract that problem. I've been assured the ATM problem must have been a 'temporary glitch', so we'll see.
