BBC Essex lunchtime presenter Sadie Nine announced today that she had received a parking ticket despite paying & displaying.
Of course, I posted on her FB page telling her to look online for info.

Hopefully it will get the word out around the listeners of BBC Essex.
What would be better if the likes of say Chris Evans got a PPC ticket.0 -
A local radio host to me got one, then asked for advice over air, he got loads of calls about a scam this is, but he paid CP Plus anyway - dimwit!
What I have been waiting for years for is Top Gear to do anything on this, its a huge subject to any motorist, they are the most influential of them all, but they say nothing. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Top Gear are too busy showing-off in fancy cars no-one can afford to worry about such trivial stuff.Never Knowingly Understood.

Or when they park in disabled bays (or disused diners on service-stations) they have permission from the landowner to do so.0
