I have the above account and if i where to restore my pc would i lose all my documents held in the account held by Bt inc pictures , Is there any way i add my email to that account from other provider

This all depends on whether you use an email client on your PC, such as Microsoft Office Outlook. If you did use such a client and connected to your provider email account via POP3 then this would download your email onto your PC and create a local mailbox store that you could then include in your BT cloud backup.0
