Email address for Ford???

I need to email Ford asap, DH phoned them but they were useless so want to put it all down in writing to get our issue accross. I would write and send it special delivery but want to email as its quicker.

Have been on their site and got to here but when you click on the email link it always comes up as an error.

    I'm getting the error too :( maybe it'd be best writing a letter as it seems more formal that way and a bit more serious.

    What's the issue, if you want to divulge that is, maybe some on here can offer advice :D

    Yep gave up on the page and wrote a letter and sent it special delivery so they will get it tomorrow.

    Its a whole long story about the car engine that id rather not get in to. I will just get annoyed, upset and cry again! Damn pregnancy hormones!

    Not expecting much (if anything) to come from it but it felt better telling them what i thought! lol

    Well you should definitely feel free to post a new thread about it and let us know - there are loads of people on here who can help with advice and hints on what to do in such a situation - you may not be alone with this problem.

    Good luck, and if it gets hectic/stressful, just count your lucky stars you're not dealing with Nissan customer services instead :eek: :eek: :rotfl:
