I've taken advantage of the free listings weekend to auction some clothes etc.
Someone has bid on three tops and has sent me a message asking if I can change them to a BIN so that she can have them by the weekend.
She has offered me £2 more than her current bids - £45 instead of £43.
I have offered free posting on the items so if I convert to one BIN listing for all three tops then I will save on postage that I have factored in to the price.
But, changing to a BIN will mean that I will pay more fees.
Plus, how do I end three auctions that will already sell without paying final value fees on them?
This is too complicated for me and is doing my head in.
I wish she'd asked me before bidding...
Any advice welcomed.

I think it would be far easier to end the auction early and sell to the highest bidder assuming it is your bidder. Otherwise you would have to cancel all the bids before cancelling the auction.0

I guess that's one way... but I will only get the current price and not the extra couple of £s she has offered for the combined BIN.
Also, I've just thought, if I sell all three items to the same person and send them all in the same parcel, will PayPal accept the same proof of posting for all three if they are posted together and the seller claims not to have received them?
As I doing it already with a post inclusive price, I'd like to keep the costs down if I can.
Thanks:hello:0 -

I think you need to have more of a read of some selling guides - proof of postage is not sufficient for an INR claim, paypal will only accept proof of delivery
In answer to your question, don't have her pay for all three separately. Send her a combined invoice for all three items, that way you are safe to send them all in one package, and you'll save on paypal fees as well.0 -

Have a read of the sticky postage thread, for a start you will need an enhanced service if total is over £20 just to have sufficient insurance against loss.
If buyer pays in one invoice then you only need one tracking number for paypal- but do read the sticky postage thread.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
