I decided to update itunes and install icloud panel this morning, following a restart request after installing, my laptop failed to startup displaying a blank screen.
Switch laptop off and then on again and it performed a startup failure program ... this failed to repair and when I switch on now its just a black screen. I have tried f8 after start up still nothing.
Is there anyone that can offer advice and help please?
