Why would you need to seal vinyl tiles?0

Agree. Why would you seal them?Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

OP is asking about sealing quarry tiles. These can be sealed with all manner of stuff even linseed oil or floor varnish. Lots of various 'specialist' brands on the market just Google.
My quarry tiles are unglazed and have never been sealed. I clean them with a spray of homemade cleaner (4l water, 750ml white vinegar, 250ml household ammonia mixed in 5l container) Leave to soak for 5-10 mins and mop up with clean water. Works a treat. They've been down for over 16 years now in a kitchen and look as good as when laid.0
