Web page problem

Hope someone can help me - this is driving me crazy !
I use Firefox. Suddenly (no idea how this happened) the web pages are too big for my screen. I've tried using Ctrl + / - or the mouse wheel to decrease it but that only changes the font size - the entire page is still too big. To explain - I can't see the tabs that are open at the top of the screen and I can't access any of the controls that are normally at the bottom of the screen (e.g. volume control) at all.
Anyone any idea what to do ??? Thanks.

looks like you have pressed the f11 key on the keyboard. press the f11 key again and all should turn to normal0
