Quick Question RE: Mutual Cancellation

Hi!
I have just had a buyer use Buy it Now on one of my listings...only to message me minutes later to request a cancellation as they had "bought in error".

I have checked their feedback, and there is no sign that they have done this before, nor have they any bidding retractions.

We all make mistakes, so I am happy to start a mutual cancellation ( and it would be pointless to force them to purchase the item, only to leave me terrible feedback, and poor stars!)

I know I will receive my final value fees back...but what about my listing...and now RE listing fees? Are they reimbursed, or do I have to bear the cost myself?

Thanks
Jo

Your FVF for selling are reimbursed. Nothing more.

And to add, they can still leave any feedback they wish, along with any DSR!
