Conduit Toolbar How to Remove

I am not sure how but the Conduit Toolbar suddenly appeared today. I am trying to uninstall but have had no success. I am on Windows 7. I tried going into control Panel and programmes to unistall but cannot find anything relating to Conduit or any programme installed on todays date. What can I do to remove it please.HELP!!!
