Just wondered how you go about doing your inventory/condition of property prior to renting ?
Is there a template out there or a 'guide' ??
Renting unfurnished so should be simple enough.....

Yeah, no problem.
Templates available from your Landlord association.. - along with the 10 or so others forms & agreements you would be advised to used...
