    Try the Opera Browser...

Just do it... you won't need to install anything but the Browser.

During the install, click in Advanced and 'untick' the option to make Opera your Default Browser.

    Thanks for that Nifty.
I presume Opera has a built in ad blocker then ???
Any where else to make it my default browser missed it in the install options

I thought that you would not wish to make it your Default Browser, but just to use it for your Banking.

It's my favourite Browser. The email client is the fastest around. Also has a built in Torrent Client if you use that sort of thing.

See how you get on with it. If you want to make it your Default, you can do so by clicking on the big 'O' in the top right hand corner of the browser, then Settings > Preferences > Advanced> Programs > Place tick in 'Check if Opera is Default Browser on Start-up', then hit the 'OK' button

The next time that you start the Browser you will be asked if you wish to make Opera your Default Browser.

It hasn't stopped it because it isn't an advert as such it is part of the login page. I think I saw mention a few days ago when Rapport was last discussed that the mechanism used to display the overlay/popup doesn't work with Opera.

You can change it at any time as the other Browsers will probably start asking you soon enough. :)

Some websites work best with Chrome, for instance; mega.co.nz , but for those I use Opera Next
