accessorystore.co.uk

I bought something online from accessorystore.co.uk last month. Purchase went through and they told me they'd despatched it, but nothing arrived. For the last coup0le of weeks they haven't replied to my emails and their live online help (which I used before buying) is never up. They don't have a proper address - just a PO Box.

If they've collapsed I guess it's unlikely I'll get my money back (not a huge amount, anyway) but, since the website is still up, I wanted to post here to warn other people that they might have gone bust. I called Consumer Direct who said to contact Insolvency Service to see if they've gone bust - I've done that and am waiting to hear from them.

Is there anything else anyone can suggest I do (either for myself or to protect others)?
