I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Wolfie, are you sure they haven't sent you a Wookie instead? ;)

Anybody wants me, I'm having the Bank Holiday Clearout. And it's going terribly slowly. :rotfl:

LW - They are gorgeous and yes there is a resemblance!
TTFTM - Hope your DD gets her hand sorted out soon.
JackieO - Glad you had a good holiday, folk can be strange eh?!
Tru - Good to hear your mouth is healing, yuk to salt water washes.
    Hugs to anyone in need.

The weather here is glorious, got the washing and drying done today and stripped the beds today, that's ironed and back on the beds. Sorted the garden yesterday, I was so tired I went to bed at 9.45 and slept till half 6!

Have friends coming for tea later, gammon and sausages with mash and veg and I have made a lemon meringue pie (first time ever) and strawberry shortcake for afters. Good job I got up early.

Had a visit yesterday from a chap who also had his house burgled the same day as us just to see if we had heard anything. He enlightened me with a few facts about the suspects. I think I had left the downstairs bathroom open (well closed but not put the latch on properly) and it sounds like they would have got in anyway - they smashed a window in his house to get in. I can't help feeling I was lucky.

House clean and tidy, washing up to date so going to relax with my visitors tonight and enjoy this lovely weather. It's not a bank holiday here but enjoy yours if you have one. Take care. XX
