Why no Drama Channel on 2nd TV?

I have two TVs, both Sony, less than 2yrs old and both connected to the same aerial on the roof.

The living room TV receives the Drama Channel (Freeview channel 20), but the one in the bedroom doesn't. I did a re-tune, but no joy.

Obviously it's not a serious issue, but I'm curious to know why! (Living room TV is HD, bedroom one isn't, if that's relevant.)

Do you get ITV3? If you do it's likely the memory on your TV has got "stuck" and you need to do a factory reset in the menu(or pull the aerial, scan until you have no channels and then put it in and scan again). If you don't get ITV3 on the 2nd tv it's likely your aerial isn't quite getting a good enough signal on that MUX to split it to 2 tvs and so the weaker signal isn't appearing.
  • Yes, I do get ITV3 so will try the procedure you suggest. Many thanks!
