Sending Freeview Signal

I have an old TV/Video with a scart socket which I would like to keep in a bedroom to record programmes to VHS tape, but no upstairs aeriel, so I would like to send the signal from a downstairs digital TV.
Can any one tell me exactly how I would do this & possibly recommend the necessary equipment from Amazon.
Thanks.

You will need an aerial to the old tv and a freeview box for it. No idea if you can record fron the freeview box on a built in video. Selecting scart or aux as the channel may work. A freeview pvr would be easier but more expensive.0

Thanks Norman Castle for your reply but I am already using it to record via a freeview box & an aeriel.
I want to know if I can use it in a room without an aeriel & use some sort of "sender".0 -
Dear s,
can't post links as I'm still a new user apparently. Search for tv or av sender or extender. Lots on ebay etc. There's lots to choose from so I can't recommend one over another.
I've got an older 2.4GHz type which is prone to interference but it looks like the tech. has moved on,

Lots here http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=one+for+all+tv+sender&!!!!!googhydr-21&index=aps&hvadid=25759926536&hvpos=1t1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=803017594693089446&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_9k9obfsifz_b But I don't think you can send the signal from a tv. They work with set top boxes, sky boxes, dvd players etc. They may work with your freeview box.0

It's possible using the wireless senders like the one at Amazon above, but bear in mind they all tend to have a range of <10m.0

Dear n&b,
the older one I have does indeed work with a TV, I'd expect newer ones to do the same. It's the same signal from a scart on a set top box as it is on a scart from a TV.
Ebay item 300879182280 claims up to 100m.
In free air maybe but in a home it's going to get upstairs at least

I had an AV sender/receiver (from Argos some years ago now) that sends the programme from downstairs to my upstairs TV. I imagine you'd simply connect the receiver to the video, and then the video to the TV (SCART usually).0
