As it was a residential course that the OP was on, they may well have had to give medical info, next of kin contact details etc.
Thanks everyone for the both sides of it. I'm not sure how to multi-quote but this ^^ is the one thing that I am worried about. There is a lot of personal information that they have and I don't know the two staff who have taken it. It also worries me that they obviously managed to get the information very easily as there would have been 100s of people's details.
I know people who have been victims of ID fraud and recouping their losses was very difficult so it is a worry.
I think I'll just see what the ICO says - but really very appreciative of your comments :T0 -
