Any sparkys able to give a second opinion?

Just bought a new house and as part of the survey etc we needed an EICR done which threw up the following work that needs doing:

Fit back boxes to back bed and dining switch
Fit spur to intruder alarm
Fit spur to display lights
Fit neutral to landing light
Main bond of water
Replace distribution board

We've been quoted £740 for this work, I've used the electrician that did the report before and he seems ok but I've found it's always worth getting other opinions.

I agree. Always get at least 2 quotes.
