refinancing is a chain of loans therefore you had a chain of consolidation loans with single premium.
Search for amersall and single premium, she's written what to say enough times here
and your sickness package.
those are your complaint reasons.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Oh okay, I see, thank you. So the fact that I do have an excellent sickness package, an extremely secure job that I have been in for 18 years and no illnesses (I've only had two days off sick in the past 5 years, and one of those was because I had a major dental procedure!), is reason enough to not require nor want PPI? It's bugging me that I had it, because I hate it when buying products (either finance, goods, insurance etc) that you are always bombarded with 'do you want extra warranty' or 'how about AA cover with your insurance'? and I always, always say 'no thank you', so how this PPI got put in I have absolutely no idea.
Thanks for all your help though, I now have a plan of what to say to them on the phone.0
