I also had things missing - out of an order of 7 items (2 x cocktail, 5 x selectors), only 2 things arrived

My box had packaging tape around it saying "Resealed by National Distribution Centre" and when I picked it up it felt really light and the items inside were rattling around.

There were literally half a dozen packaging nuggets at the bottom, one of the cocktail things in its own little box, and one of the selectors.

Can anyone tell me what should have been in the little envelope taped to the inside of the box at the top? Mine was open and empty. Maybe it should have contained the packing slip?

If this had been sent as a gift, the recipient wouldn't have known that there had been items missing, as there was no packaging slip just a 3/4 empty box with 2 sad items rattling around inside.

Well I have emailed them to let them know, so we'll see what their reply is. Its the first time I have used their company, and yes it was only a £12 sale order using Free Delivery, but even so

In the little envelope is a gift card so that you can give one or all of the items as a gift...nice touch I thought....but then again all my items were in the box.

Just thought I would add that after posting the above, just as the sale started, I got a speedy reply and they had not received my order. Then I rang after the bank holiday and they refunded me that day. It's a shame I missed out on the sale but the customer service was very good. I wonder if the missing items that some people have had are due to the website having problems during the sale?

I dunno - the delivery note lists all three items, so it seems more like an error during packing.

I wonder if missing items are due to the boxes not being sealed properly, I made an order and the box was open when it was delivered where the glue should have held the cardboard down on the top of the box. It might have just been mine, but I wonder if it may have been a packaging error?

The little envelope was a blank piece of white card to write a message on if you wanted to add a personal message if it was meant for a gift.

sigh.. I don't believe it. The box containing my replacement items arrived today (as I originally ordered 3 boxes and only two arrived). Box wasn't sealed properly Out of the 7 items that were listed as being in the box, only ONE arrived at the door

I hope the couriers at the distribution centre enjoy the chocolates

I've said I want my money back this time so upset.
