2 cocktail orders arrived safe and sound :-) Very pleased! (Also delighted to see that a portion of 8 sweets clocks in at 185cals, so not too naughty! No idea how they stack up booze-wise, though :-p) Sorry to hear that others have been having problems, though :-( hope it all gets sorted out!

Well I finally weakened and ordered 2 of the surprise selectors (6 selectors for £8!!) so I will have 12 little boxes of chocs to either eat myself or give as prezzies for £16 with the free delivery code. I am chuffed but a bit worried about the diet!!:o

Mine finally arrived (usual farting about by DPD). Box was open when I got it but everything was there. The Gin Collins are a bit odd, you can really taste the cucumber. Currently enjoying the Salted Caramel Cheesecake slab, delicious!

Well I managed to wean myself off all chocolate, biscuits and cakes for 3 whole months until this post came along and I've since scoffed a complete container off Cocktails to Chill that were meant for a gift!

I just started slimming world, lost 4lb last week and the plan is to just have 2 of these chocs a day as a treat, well that's what I say now let's just see how I go!! :A

The little envelope was a blank piece of white card to write a message on if you wanted to add a personal message if it was meant for a gift.

Same here received mine yesterday and the top was open but nothing missing.

It seems like a lot of people have had a similar problem of the box not being sealed properly. Maybe that is why mine had the "Resealed by National Distribution Centre" packaging tape over it (not before 5 out of the 7 items escaped/were taken out tho mind). It did arrive a day after the original email said it would. I got a 2nd email the following day which gave me the time bracket etc.

I got a reply to my email to Hotel Chocolat and have been asked to send photographic evidence (of the box, and what I received) and they would take it further. Emailed photos yesterday but not heard anything back as yet.

My account on Hotel Chocolat showed that the order was complete and all items were sent, but I had no invoice in my box. Did anyone receive packing slips or invoices in theirs?

Mine had 3 selectors missing. They sent out replacements which arrived the next day

Yes invoice in mine. Thorntons did that to me re photographic evidence when my order arrived in a soden box wrapped up with gaffer tape. They made it quite clear that they did not believe me.
