Has anyone any idea how to save money on cruises ......... ive just come back from the caribbean and payed £3500 for 4 in two cabins over 13 nights , my inlaws booked their cruise 18 months in advance and paid £800 each but got £165 onboard credit each and they are going for 15 nights.
everyone i speak to says you cant get last minute deals ..surely though they must be available
any advice on cutting costs here would be appreciated ..... im hoping to sail on the aurora next year .

I have been on several cruises and always got the info from GOOGLE.. Simply type in 'cruise-aurora'
A good tip is to get the companies to call you up and offer you cruises... theres usually somewhere on the website asking if you want a callback.
The aim is to get a couple of companies calling you up and offering you deals and try to play them one against the other...
I think travelcitydirect do cruises now aswell??? Maybe check them out..
Hope this helps...

Try these to see what they can offer you, they are very good as all of our family use them (even the in-laws!)
BOLSOVER CRUISE CLUB**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI0 -
try this lot http://www.cruisecontrolcruises.co.uk/ they are very good, cover all the main cruise companies and offer some great deals. Also look out for the deals in the newspapers, we went for a two week cruise and stay in the med last year and went for hakf price. e booked with only six weeks notice. I spotted the offer in the news of the world magazine. It was with airtours (who sasly no longer do cruises)0
