Hi Guys and Gals, hope someone can help me with this 
On the bank charge calculator on MSE, is the 8% calculated from the date of the first payment made to the day you are doing the calculations?, hope you understand what I mean x

It should be the date you received the money, because you've already had the interest added at the start....if it's single premium...
But I don't know for definite

Thanks taff, I thought it was, am still not sure though as Barclays have said that the calculator I used (the one on this site) does the calc to now and not when the redress was paid, this is crap as I did it from 05 to the redress date in 09, every individual payment, date and year to cover the 4 years, I am at a loss with this now, don't want to look an idiot and fight my corner if I am wrong.0
