Would you buy a house if it was number 13?
I don't think I would because it would be harder to sell judging by the number of streets I see with either no number 13 but instead an 11a or just no 13 so they are number 15 instead

If I like the house, I like the house and couldn't care less about the number :rotfl:
So yep, I'd buy a number 13Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
I bought number 13 two months ago. Hasn't bothered me in the slightest.0

Good Lord, no! Not even if it was just what we were looking for, possessed a huge garden facing south west and was £20k under value to compensate for an unlucky address.
Well, you can't be too careful, can you?

If I liked it, I'd buy it. I wouldn't care what number it was.
Getting bad luck for living in number 13, must be a lot of people about then who never have anything bad happen because they don't live in no. 13.
Its just another number

Very first house I ever bought ( an old terraced property ) was No 13, never bothered me in the slightest, and no problem selling it either...
Buyers who would worry about the number are probably the types who kick off about other trivial stuff, so you are dodging a bullet avoiding them ( imho )0 -
Our last house was number 13 and we lived in it for 18 years. Sold it with in 3 weeks of it going on the market in 2011.
It never crossed our minds that it was number 13.....it had every thing we wanted.
I have a friend who probably wouldn't have bought it, she is one of those people who books a holiday from work for every Friday 13th and then never leaves the house on the day.......0 -
I lived in a number 13 for over 20 years without anything untoward happening, in fact I have had more bad luck since leaving there but that's another story.0
