Moving Light Fixture's in Bedroom

Just wondering if there are any sparkie's here who can advise how much of a pain it would be to move the ceiling light in 2 bedroom's - they are currently at one end of the room but I would like to move them into the centre   (I know I'm a woman, never satisfied, yada yada!!) - is this a big job and does anyone know roughly how much it should cost me?
Thanks for any help

can you get in to the loft above (unhindered with flooring etc) ?
if so then <£90 including paperwork all in for both.
this assumes existing wiring is safe and earthed.baldly going on...0 -
the other alternative is merely to keep the existing light fitting and have a second one at the other end of the room, we did that in last house rather than having to fill in the hole left by moving and needing to re-artex0
