Moving Light Fixture's in Bedroom

Options
Just wondering if there are any sparkie's here who can advise how much of a pain it would be to move the ceiling light in 2 bedroom's - they are currently at one end of the room but I would like to move them into the centre   (I know I'm a woman, never satisfied, yada yada!!) - is this a big job and does anyone know roughly how much it should cost me?

Thanks for any help :D

can you get in to the loft above (unhindered with flooring etc) ?

if so then <£90 including paperwork all in for both.

this assumes existing wiring is safe and earthed.
    baldly going on...
