Would you consider vitamins? I take something called benfotiamine and vitamin B12 tablets. These help to repair the nerves where they have been damaged which helps in the long term as your neuropathy is caused by the nerves trying to grow back after damage. This speeds that up and it really does help with the pain!

I have quite a long list of things from the oncologist that I'm not allowed to take and was warned not to take vitamin tablets (except a multivitamin if i felt it was needed). I do however eat a lot of marmite lol! Gotta laugh. What else can you do? X

Maybe take in the names of the vitamins - I can give you links if you like and check with him because they really really do help!

Apart from things like not smoking, I'm not sure. I've heard exercise can help but I'm not really in a position to try that at the moment! I'm guessing you've seen this - http://www.macmillan.org.uk/Cancerinformation/Livingwithandaftercancer/Symptomssideeffects/Othersymptomssideeffects/Peripheralneuropathy.aspx

What? The first I have heard that a daily doze of sanatogen will repair the spinal and Cuadia Equinie tail?

It was stumbled upon in the treatment of horses!

I have been involved on a eleven year project for the past three years
With respect to a product that supplies Electrical Micro-Stimulation with micro currents. These are applied via a control unit affixed to the pads that are controlled by a wireless unit. Daily doses are from three to eight hours daily.

Currently NICE are halfway through it part, with the FDA having units for two months so far.

There are clinical trials that have gone a long way in helping sufferers. I can get into the science on it, but the time it would take to type it and the likely hood of anyone understanding it makes it futile.

Back to the project, we know it will make a massive difference to people, but for every one expert, the drug companies wheel out twenty opposing the work. Who do you think the government/establishment believe? Vested interests?

Only now is the NHS adopting the widespread use of a spinal cord stimulator as an alternative to medication. This is made in Coventry. The ARC unit has around 1500 units installed, the external units

I am a daily wearer of the belt, I will not get my operation until the physical stabilisation procedure has been completed.

Look up : Professor Tim Watson; Micro current regeneration; ARC Equine micro currents
