Not sure if this helps as we had Rubberbond Fleeceback EPDM rather than Resitrix, but we had quotes of between £780 and £930 for about 10m2 (9m2 garage and 1m2 porch).

    did that include boarding etc?

the guy said we dont need boarding.........

we removed the tiles and there is orange membrane showing with loads of bits of old tile ahesive which is sticking - he said just can brush it off and will be fine.......

im no expert but that doesnt sound very good?

Nope we didn't need boarding - we had existing boarding that was fine (although the quote included an extra set price should they find they needed to replace it)

Since ours is a roof and not a balcony, I guess yours will be finished differently and more rigid? So maybe that contributes to the price?

Before our roof was replaced, it had always just been felted so the surface underneath (the existing boards) was flat and smooth to start with - certainly needed for the system we had to work correctly and be finished well.

Sorry I'm not really being much help! I guess once you get another quote or two that'll give you a better idea :)
