Natwest Loan PPI

Options
Evening all

So a few weeks ago I received a letter from NatWest regarding 2 previous roles that I paid off a few years ago.

I didn't feel it was worth claiming any mis-selling as I couldn't remember that far back so wouldn't really be able to back up my case.

However there was a section that said if any loans were paid off early than a partial refund of the PPI would be paid back. I paid both loans off early so I checked my previous bank statements and couldn't see any refund so filled in the form and sent it off on 22nd July and received a confirmation letter a couple of weeks later.

Has anyone else claimed for a similar claim through NatWest and if so, what was the outcome?

Thanks =)

    The partial refund of PPi at settlement would have been taken off the loan at settlement, you would have also repaid the remaining PPI back in with the settlement figure.
    If you win, you get the whole PPI back less the rebate amounts.
