Hi,
My 30 year old Potterton Kingfisher is switched off at the controller but I still get enough tepid water for a daily shower. This has been puzzling me and I wondered if anyone could suggest a possible cause.

Most likely a stuck zone valve which is allowing some hot water through. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

Ours is down to our pilot light being on all the time. We can actually have a reasonable bath out of ours without switching the heater on at all.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Is your cold tank in a very hot loft?No free lunch, and no free laptop
