Hi Gang,
I read on here that I can get a free credit report with noddle via call credit. Many times over the past week I have tried to do this, but when I add my card details as proof of identity, it states 'we are having technical issues, please try later'.
This has happened every time I have put my details in!Is anyone else having this problem?

If I were you, I would avoid them like the plague. I've been with them for a few months now and it was helpful in finding out exactly what I owed and to who HOWEVER that's about as good as it gets.
I noticed that they said I wasn't on the electoral role (I am), so I emailed them about it and got an automatic response saying they would be in contact within 28 days. 56 days later I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted them again. I then received the most unbelievably rude email from a woman saying she would suspend my account if I continued to email them.... erm hello?!!! I've emailed you twice and only because you've not got back to me in the time frame YOU specified. I've just received another snotty email off them saying they've emailed me asking for evidence about me being on the electoral role and I've not responded hence why they have been in touch. I've never seen this 'evidence' email, I guess it must have got lost in the email system, even though I've received everything else from them...
Beggars belief... anyways, if I were you, I would try somewhere else. If you contact them asking for help, their customer service is so poor you will end up getting no where.0 -
I have been with them for a couple of years now and had to contact them to change some details that were incorrect. I find them really good and its a free service so a win, win for me.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0

well, issue resolved.they called me back and apparently with ''large' credit reports that hold a lot of info (gulp) they cannot be viewed online. They suggested obtaining a callcredit credit report for £2, which I tried to but again it declined and asked me to get one by post.
So,I am none the wiser.I just hope they don't charge me the £2 as I can't view it online!0 -
If you owe anyone any money, this is a noose to put your neck in.
They will sell your new details to debt collectors, however if you have debts you ran away from, keep running.Be happy...;)0 -
So do Equifax and Experian come to that.Still rolling rolling rolling......

I've been with noddle for about 3 months and I flagged an error to do with an old financial association.
They solved it within three weeks didn't ask for further evidence and sent me a letter in the post once confirmed it had been removed.
I also emailed as I wasn't sure the request had gone through, I got a reply with was curt but not rude.
I'd say, not bad for a free service!!
OP if you get a report by post I'd expect they'd still charge the £2, as that's what Experian do.
Can't believe they 'told you off' (Alanna) for emailing twice! A bit harsh! My original confirmation of my request went to junk mail which is why I didn't see it when I emailed them! But luckily didn't have any rude responses! still don't think it's bad for free! Or £2 in your case OP!0
